Shipping / Returns Policy

We guarantee safe arrival of our plants. If the plant arrives dead or damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged plant within 24 hours of delivery and we will send you a replacement plant. (buyer pays shipping costs) All trees are shipped 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Kigi Nursery prices are set to move lots of product, keeping our inventory fresh and provide you with some awesome varieties. We ship to all reaches of the world, but only guarantee purchases to continental USA.

We ship once a week Monday - Thursday depending on weather and our schedule. We may delay shipping for 1 week around Holidays and extreme weather. All of our trees are hardened off outside the greenhouse environment at zone 8 before shipping.

We reserve the right to selectively prune all plant material before shipping. We typically only do this for the faster growing trees (Japanese Maples). We strongly encourage you prune your maples to promote proper branching and structure anyway.
