Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Verdoni' A dwarf golden Japanese Hinoki Cypress. Leaves are yellow on a conical upright habit. Leaves orange-bronze in winter. Does not burn in full sun. Plant was introduced in 1966 by Rogers Nursery in England. Good for small conifer gardens.

    Absolutely fabulous. Takes my breath away to look at it. It arrived with no apparent signs of stress. Well developed root ball. Of course time will tell, but I am so excited at glad I spent every penny of it.
